1) The option to print in Windows Photo Viewer is greyed out.

Due to the large size and number of hi-res images in bundles and mega packs, they're delivered as zip folders which have to be downloaded to a computer and "unzipped" in order to use the files.

In order to access your art files from a zip folder you downloaded, simply double click on it, and you should then see your printable art files! Next, highlight all of them and move them to a folder on your desktop (or wherever you'd like to save them), and you're all done! Now you can print and enjoy them :-)

2) Files won't download to a phone or mobile device.

Due to the large size and number of hi-res images in bundles and mega packs, they're delivered as zip folders which have to be downloaded to a computer and "unzipped" in order to use the files (as much as I LOVE my iOS devices, they can't handle zip folders).

3) An error appears in Windows Photo Viewer saying an image has been moved or renamed.

This happens if you use a program called 7zip to try and unzip zip folders on a Windows computer. If you use the "Extract" command in 7zip, though, it should unzip in a way that Windows understands and you should be able to access from the location you choose to extract them to. If you simply double-click on a file from within 7zip, though, you'll receive this error message.

Note: Macs and Windows both unzip zip files natively, so you don't need any third-party software, like 7zip for example, to access your files. Simply right-click on the zip file and select "Open with -> Windows Explorer" and then highlight all of your images and move them to a folder on your desktop (or wherever you'd like to save them), and you're all done! Now you can open, print, and enjoy them :-)

4) The "Download" button doesn't appear when I go to my download link.

First, try your download link from a different browser. If the option to download your art is still not appearing, empty your browser's cache and reload the page.
