Why else would you buy art except to be 100% satisfied and thrilled with it? That's what we hope for you with every order, but, hey, sometimes art seen in person has a different impact than art as seen on your computer/tablet/phone screen. We get it.
So, if you have any issues with the art you've purchased, please reach out to us with your order number and details and we will make it right!
Most order are shipped via UPS or USPS within 1-3 business days of your order. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number for your convenience.
Dream Big Printables reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check back from time to time to note any changes.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. No goods will be accepted for return after this 30-day period.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Personalized items, such framed custom art prints, are not eligible for returns. If, however, there is an issue with your personalized art caused during its production, please do contact me so I can make it right for you!
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
Dream Big Printables is not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information that results in lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the user must cover all expenses including item and shipping costs.
- In case of receipt of damaged goods, simply use the Contact form with the order number to initiate a replacement. Images of the received goods will be required to process this type of return.

- For your convenience, I will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive your item back, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus any processing fees (e.g. through Paypal or Stripe) and the original shipping cost, if applicable.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
