Why else would you buy art except to be 100% satisfied and thrilled with it, right? That's what I hope for you with every order, but, hey, sometimes art seen in person has a different impact than art as seen on your computer/tablet/phone screen. I totally get it.

So to provide total peace of mind for every purchase, I gladly welcome returns for non-personalized items within 30 days of their delivery date.

Please read the nitty gritty below for all of the details on the returns and refund process:

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. No goods will be accepted for return after this 30-day period.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Personalized items, such framed custom art prints, are not eligible for returns. If, however, there is an issue with your personalized art caused during its production, please do contact me so I can make it right for you!
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

Dream Big Printables is not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information that results in lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the user must cover all expenses including item and shipping costs.

  • In case of receipt of damaged goods, simply use the Contact form with the order number to initiate a replacement. Images of the received goods will be required to process this type of return.

  • For your convenience, I will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds

  • Once I receive your item back, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item.  I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus any processing fees (e.g. through Paypal or Stripe) and the original shipping cost, if applicable.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
