Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Dream Big Printables Referral Rewards Program through ReferralCandy went into effect on February 24, 2021. Rewards cannot be retroactively applied to referral purchases prior to this date. As a Dream Big Printables Referral Rewards Program member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Dream Big Printables' Privacy Policy (available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Dream Big Printables' Referral Rewards Program:

• PUBLIC SHARING DISQUALIFICATION: Sharing your unique Dream Big Printables Referral Rewards Program link on your own website, blog, or social media, like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram is encouraged, loved and appreciated. While we do encourage this type of sharing, sometimes coupon/deals sites can hijack your referral link and post it on their site as a coupon. Typically, ReferralCandy will identify “suspicious activity” and alert us. If we find your referral link on one of these types of sites, we reserve the right to void any sales associated with the link.
• Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a new Dream Big Printables purchase made at dreambigprintables.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your ReferralCandy referral program link and meets the following criteria:
  • The referral is truly a new Dream Big Printables customer - they do not have a prior purchase history on dreambigprintables.com.
  • You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
• Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address) or live in the same household (for example, a partner or immediate family member). The name, email address and shipping address on the referral purchase cannot match the referrer’s purchase.
• Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order. If the Referred Customer returns their order within Dream Big Printables' 30-Day Return Period, the Referrer will not receive the reward.
• Reward Payments. ReferralCandy will pay out the Referrer the reward within 75 days of the Qualified Referral purchase, after the 30-Day Return Period has passed. Referrer must provide ReferralCandy with his/her PayPal email address in order for the reward to be paid out. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
• No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Dream Big Printables' Referral Rewards Program.
• Right to Close Accounts. Dream Big Printables reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use Dream Big Printables' Referral Rewards Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Dream Big Printables reserves the right to cancel the Dream Big Printables Referral Rewards Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed or undistributed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
